About Me

Hi, I'm Amy.  It’s nice to meet you!

Looking for real change in you life? Want to get unstuck and move forward? Let’s chat. Working with a professional might be a great way to find the clarity you need.

Starting the process of finding a therapist can be daunting. There are a lot of therapists out there! Whether or not you are using your insurance or desiring reduced rates it can be even harder to find someone you click with.

I believe in the power of personal growth and development because I am a client myself. I’ve lived through hardships and needed a non-judgmental place to process through my thoughts. Processing through my thoughts gave me the ability to choose actions that I was proud of. I’ve made mistakes in my life. Having an unbiased professional who’s trained to understand the “why” behind our feelings, thoughts and actions allowed me to gain clarity in a confusing time.

I know therapy works, which is why I am passionate about helping others just like you find the best fit possible. So, reach out. Give me a call or fill out my form. I’m happy to answer any questions to help make this process easier.
