Therapy Services

I provide telehealth therapy for individuals and couples in Texas, Connecticut, and Vermont. I’m here to support you when you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or ready for real change.

My work focuses on helping people understand what’s under the surface of their patterns and relationships — not just temporarily manage symptoms.

How I Help

The following are common concerns my clients bring to therapy:

  • Relationship challenges, including communication struggles and recurring conflict
  • Infidelity & trust injuries, including discernment counseling when couples are unsure about their future
  • Anxiety that feels persistent or overwhelming
  • Depression that makes motivation, connection, or joy harder to find
  • Trauma & difficult past experiences that still show up in daily life
  • Life transitions that feel destabilizing or uncertain
  • Attachment wounds impacting connection and closeness
  • Perinatal mood concerns and adjustment challenges

Therapeutic Approaches

My work is collaborative and tailored to your needs. I draw from evidence-informed approaches, including:

  • Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) for trauma, anxiety, and deep emotional patterns
  • Attachment-based work to understand patterns in relationships and self-regulation
  • Gottman-informed couples therapy to help partners strengthen communication and connection

Together we’ll explore what’s not working, build new patterns that do, and help you gain clarity and confidence in your choices.

Individual Therapy

If you’re seeking support for anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, or any challenge that feels heavy or confusing, individual therapy can help you:

  • Gain insight into thoughts, feelings, and behavior patterns
  • Learn practical skills to manage stress and emotional overwhelm
  • Increase self-understanding and self-compassion
  • Build confidence in decision-making and relationships

Couples Therapy

Couples therapy is for partners who want to strengthen communication, resolve recurring conflict, rebuild trust after betrayal, or deepen intimacy and connection. In our work together, you can expect to:

  • Improve honest communication and listening skills
  • Understand patterns that keep you stuck
  • Rebuild trust and safety after difficult experiences
  • Explore meaningful ways to reconnect and move forward

Is Therapy Right for You?

Therapy isn’t about having everything figured out before you begin. It’s about having a space where you can explore what feels most important, feel understood without judgment, and take steps toward change that matter to you. If you’re unsure whether therapy is right for you, I’d be happy to talk with you about that during your first session.

I thoroughly enjoy helping couples learn to communicate more effectively, while they build and/or repair their relationship.  I also work with families who are going through significant life changes.  Some example of these changes might include: the birth of a child, weathering the storm of adolescence, infidelity, re-marriage and divorce.

In order for therapy to be effective, I believe that each client needs to feel fully supported, heard and valued.

I am committed is to providing an environment where each member is heard and can express their concerns free of judgment or criticism. Therefore, I encourage all potential clients to make sure their therapist is the “right” fit for them.
